Volunteers are necessary and extremely helpful for Roya Foundation. The divers’ volunteers from all walks of life donate their time and effort to Roya Foundation for various causes, every day of the year. Even as organizations grow and hire paid staff, we rely on volunteers to perform essential, necessary work. Roya organizations often have volunteers and mentors that donate time during the week to help organize programs. These divers and multicultural volunteers are critical to the survival of organizations.
